Now that I have had a chance to try out this gym I don’t know why I waited so long to sign up for a membership. The Crossfit Dallas location is perfect for me because I live only a few minutes away from this gym. All I need to do is bring a change of clothes with me because they have all of the crossfit equipment that I would want to use. The trainers are teaching me some really versatile workouts that I can adapt to my own fitness level. Plus, I find that as I keep up with the training I am actually losing a lot of weight around my waist. I’m doing this mostly to feel much stronger but it’s great to see that Crossfit can help me to fit into a smaller pair of pants, too. It’s even more fun to do this type of workout with a friend.

The word bell is word that is mentioned regularly in each and every learning institution. The reason why I fell in love with it is because I became so fat my first year of college and I had to do something to keep the weight off. Not just for vanity but for health reasons as well. After my late teen years up to my early twenties it became harder and harder for me to find the time to keep on working out. This is when I decided that I may be best if I have my own exercise equipment at home that way I will always be able to have the time. The best part of it is, the things that take time away from the gym are now integrated into my routine like watching television and playing with my kids because that all could be done while I am exercising at home.
